Nintendo wins High Court ruling against UK ISPs

Legal Case: Nintendo v Sky, BT, EE, Talk Talk & Virgin Media  

Following previous case law the High Court has granted an injunction to Nintendo that required the 5 major retail UK ISPs to block 4 websites which sold devices that allowed ‘technological protection measures’ on the Nintendo Switch games console to be circumvented.
